• Printed products may have minor variations in placement or appearance.

We strive to make every product as close to its listing as possible.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

Payment is required at checkout before orders are processed.

We reserve the right to correct pricing or listing errors. If an error affects an order you've already placed, we will contact you with available options, including a full refund if we cannot fulfill the order as purchased.

Any applicable shipping charges and taxes will be displayed during checkout.

4. Custom & Made-to-Order Products

Many Darla Doodle products are created specifically for our customers.

By placing an order for a custom, personalized, or made-to-order product, you acknowledge that:

• You are responsible for selecting the correct size, color, design, and personalization.

• Production may begin shortly after your order is placed.

• Slight differences in colors, placement, and finished appearance may occur.

• Custom and made-to-order products are generally final sale, except where required by law or when an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

We encourage customers to carefully review all order details before purchasing.

5. Customer-Provided Designs & Copyright

We love creating custom products!

When submitting images, logos, photographs, text, or artwork for custom orders, you confirm that you own the content or have permission to use and reproduce it.

Customers are responsible for ensuring their submitted designs do not violate another party's copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights.

Darla Doodle reserves the right to decline requests involving copyrighted characters, logos, trademarks, or other protected materials when proper authorization has not been provided.

All original Darla Doodle designs, branding, photographs, and website content remain the property of their respective owners and may not be copied, reproduced, or sold without permission.

6. Order Processing & Shipping

We are a small business, and many products are made or prepared after an order is placed.

Processing times may vary depending on the product, order volume, and availability of materials.

Estimated processing and shipping timelines will be provided where applicable.

Shipping estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates unless expressly stated otherwise.

If we cannot ship an order within the promised timeframe, we will notify you and provide the applicable options for a delay or cancellation and refund as required by law.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

If an order is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, additional shipping charges may apply before reshipment.

If your package arrives damaged or appears to be missing, please contact us so we can review the situation and help determine the appropriate next steps.

7. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

All purchases are subject to our posted Refund & Return Policy.

Custom, personalized, and made-to-order products are generally final sale.

For eligible non-custom products, return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photographs so we can help resolve the issue.

Cancellation requests should be submitted as soon as possible. Once production begins on a custom or made-to-order item, cancellation may no longer be possible, subject to applicable consumer rights.

Nothing in these terms limits any rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived.

8. Product Care & Use

Customers are responsible for following the care and use instructions provided with their purchases.

For apparel and printed products, proper washing, drying, and handling help preserve the finished design.

For DTF transfers and other application products, customers must follow the provided application instructions, including recommended temperature, pressure, pressing time, and peeling procedures.

Darla Doodle is not responsible for damage caused by improper application, misuse, or failure to follow provided instructions, except where otherwise required by law.

9. Website Use

You agree not to use our website for unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purposes.

You may not attempt to interfere with website security, misuse our content, or engage in activities that disrupt our services.

We reserve the right to restrict access or cancel orders associated with fraudulent or unlawful activity.

10. Third-Party Services

Our online store is powered by Shopify and may use third-party services for payment processing, shipping, or other business operations.

Those providers may have their own terms and privacy practices.

We are not responsible for services outside our control, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
