We are a small, family-owned business, and every order means so much to us! We take pride in creating and preparing products you'll love. Because many of our items are made to order, we have a few important policies in place to help us keep our little business running smoothly.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the custom and made-to-order nature of many of our products, all custom, personalized, and made-to-order items are final sale.

We do not accept returns or exchanges on these items for:

• Ordering the wrong size, color, or design

• Changes of mind after purchasing

• Personal preferences

• Minor color variations between screen displays and finished products

Please carefully review your order, sizing, and product details before completing your purchase.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We want you to love your Darla Doodle purchase!

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to an error on our part, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the product.

We will review the issue and, when confirmed, arrange an appropriate replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

Non-Custom Products

For items that are not custom or made to order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery to request a return.

Eligible items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition. Returns require prior approval.

Unless the return is due to our error or a defective product, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable.

Order Cancellations

We begin processing orders as quickly as possible!

If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to accommodate your request.

Once production has begun on a custom or made-to-order item, cancellations and modifications may no longer be possible.

Handmade & Custom Product Variations

Many Darla Doodle products are created or finished individually. Slight variations in print placement, color, or appearance may occur.

These small differences are part of the nature of custom production and are not considered defects.

Refund Processing

Once a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
